  • Story inputs (prompts, preferences, character names, dedications)
  • Optional uploaded images (for example, a reference photo), if you choose to upload them

2) How we use information

We use the information to:

  • generate your storybook and deliver it by email
  • provide support and troubleshoot delivery issues
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and harmful content
  • maintain and improve the Service

3) AI processing and sharing (important)

To generate your storybook, we may share your Inputs (including uploaded images, if provided) with third-party service providers, including AI model providers, solely to process your request and generate Output.

This means uploaded images may be transmitted to and processed by AI providers in order to generate your book.

4) Kids’ images and safety guidance

The Service is intended for adults. Please do not allow children to submit personal data directly to us.

If you upload a child’s photo, you are responsible for having appropriate parental or guardian consent and the right to provide it.

5) Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

We may retain book files and related Inputs for a limited period (for example, up to 30 days) to support delivery, re-delivery, and customer support.

You can request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
